What is Integral Health and Wellness? By this I mean striving to understand the individual’s physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects within the context of their environment, social system, and culture. My hope is to understand and address as many as possible of the components contributing to your health and well-being. Integral Health and Wellness goes beyond disease treatment and prevention; aspiring to support individuals on their path towards well-being, vitality, optimal performance and self-development.
