I have a particular interest in supporting people with cancer. My support services consist of Herbal and Nutritional Support, Counselling, and HeartMath. Puyssentut – a source of well-being and inspiration for people with cancer.
Located in the countryside in France “Puyssentut is a haven for people with or recovering from cancer. Here you can rest and unwind, benefit from complementary treatments, enjoy healing food, and participate in activities that bring you more fully into contact with yourself and experience tools and exercises that can support you back in daily life.”
I will be conducing workshops at Puyssentut on herbal medicine and nutrition, HeartMath, and individual consultations and counselling. French or English can be used as needed.

CLAN – cancer support for all
I also volunteer as a Support Volunteer for CLAN in Elgin. CLAN Cancer Support is an independent charity for anyone affected by any type of cancer at any time from diagnosis onwards. Whether affected personally, as a carer, family member or close friend, our services are available to you. CLAN provides its services free of charge including general support, information, complementary therapies (massage, Reiki, aromatherapy, Bowen Technique, and more) as well as counselling. Please drop by our center in Elgin for a chat or to sign up for free counselling or a complementary therapy.
Based at CLAN House, on Westburn Road, Aberdeen, their services reach the whole of Grampian, Moray, Orkney and Shetland through our network of local services in Ballater, Inverurie, Peterhead, Stonehaven, Kirkwall and Lerwick.
For those travelling to Aberdeen for treatment and support we can offer further support through our accommodation facility, CLAN Haven.
