HeartMath – Trans stress into resilience flyer pdf

I’ll be running a Workshop on Transforming Stress into Resilience with HeartMath at the Horsebridge Centre in Whitstable, Kent on Sunday, April 20th. Please help me spread the word both on and off  line.  It’ll be a very rewarding and challenging day, and you’ll learn some potentially (if practiced!) life changing skills.
